Travellers Autobarn New Zealand locations
Travellers Autobarn offers two New Zealand campervan rental locations, one in the North Island and one in the South, so you can either do a round-trip on each island or try a one-way adventure throughout the country.
Auckland
Auckland is New Zealand’s biggest city, and its location at the top of the North Island makes it a great starting point for any campervan road trip. You can try a round trip up to Northland (the area above Auckland), or a round trip around the central North Island. To see more of New Zealand, you can take your camper across to the South Island via ferry for the Ultimate Middle Earth Road Trip all the way to Queenstown.Christchurch
Christchurch is a major city on the east coast of the South Island, an ideal base for road trips all over the island. A Christchurch to Invercargill round trip will introduce you to many of the island’s best attractions, while a Christchurch to Auckland one-way itinerary is a great way to see more of New Zealand. Travellers Autobarn even offers discounts for this direction of travel.
If you’re not sure where to go, take a look at the rest of our New Zealand motorhome itineraries around the country, and remember that this is one of those locations where there are no wrong turns, as practically every nook and cranny is worth seeing.
