GO Campers is a low-cost campervan rental company that will help you discover the seemingly infinite waterfalls, glaciers, and lagoons of Iceland.
Founded in 2014 by Benedikt Helgason, GO Campers has its own workshop where the knowledgeable team designs and builds campers. This allows for custom fittings created especially for travellers in Iceland.

Go Campers pick-up locations in Iceland
Go Campers is located at Helluhraun 4, 220 Hafnarfjörður, which is 30 minutes from the Keflavik Airport and just 15 minutes from Reykjavik (the depot is between the airport and the city).
This location is ideal for any motorhome holiday in Iceland, as it is the perfect starting point for the famous Golden Circle tour, or to journey around the circumference of this island country on the Ring Road. Keep in mind that Go Campers can arrange to pick you up from the airport at a small cost to you.
Iceland motorhome holiday inspiration
The major motorhome holiday in Iceland is the Reykjavik to Reykjavik route - a loop around the island that lets you explore practically all of the country’s treasures. It includes the relaxing Blue Lagoon, the spectacular Gullfoss Waterfall, and the surreal Blue Ice Caves.
If you’re short on time, you can easily complete the Golden Circle route over a long weekend. It’s just 300 kilometres in total and encompasses fantastic attractions such as the Blue Lagoon, Geysir, and Thingvellir National Park.
Remember that in Iceland, it’s best to stay in campgrounds. There are many of them around the island so it should be easy to find somewhere to stay, although several do close down over winter.
